Aaron WALKER
Marshalltown, IA
Aaron thought it would be different to try his hand at acting, so he auditioned to be one of the orphans in our 2008 summer musical, OLIVER!  When he's not in school and attempting various experiments in science class, he enjoys a well rounded schedule of baseball, soccer, Lego's, gardening, miniature golf, and playing the piano.  Aaron said he does have one favorite thing to do, though, "I like to go off the drop slide at the Aquatic Center!"

Andrew WALKER
Marshalltown, IA
Playing one of the orphans in our 2008 summer musical, OLIVER!, Andrew said he knew it would be a fun thing to do, especially since he's participated in previous plays at school. Although reading is his favorite school subject, he likes to consider himself a mathematician because he "likes solving problems."  He also likes being just a talkative boy. "I always have a question for everything!"

Ken WALTON
Marshalltown, IA
For the dual role as the Chairman and the Night Watchman in our 2008 summer musical OLIVER!, Pete Grady called Ken and told him we needed a man in a bar, to which he replied, "I've been preparing for this role for 30 years."  Although this was his first time on the MCT stage, Ken has performed in the roles of Charlie Brown in YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN!, and the Chief of Police in THREE PENNY OPERA during his college days.  When he's not a Boy Scout volunteer, Ken spends time as a woodcarver and considers himself an optimist.

Jordan WELLS
Marshalltown, IA
CASH ON DELIVERY was Jordan Wells' first production here at MCT during the Spring of 2010, playing the role of Norman "Dickie" McDonald.  He is no stranger to the stage, however, since he has previously appeared in theatrical productions while attending Marshalltown Community College.  As he explains, "I was born and raised in Marshalltown. I have always been interested in theatre, but in high school I was always too busy with the many sports I participated in.  Janel Lageschulte helped me discover this new crush I have with acting.  As the director of my first two plays, she showed me how to have fun and let loose with a character.  I love doing comedies because rehearsals and ultimately the performances are about having fun."

Barb WILLIAMS
Marshalltown, IA
THE WOMEN (2003) was an “acting” debut for Barb.  She was wanting to be a “stagehand” since it was her first time doing anything of this sort.  She and her daughter auditioned for fun and she thinks they needed people to fill the “tiny” parts.  That’s why she tried this wonderful, funny play. The only other time she did “stage” was a very long time ago in school, doing music and once pretending to be one of the Beatles for a 4H project.
