We present these pages to offer some well-deserved recognition for the wonderful people who have given their ideas, sweat, and time to the Marshalltown Community Theatre.  Without their efforts, our theatre would be little more than a dark room.  We celebrate your generous gift to our community!

If
you have participated in an MCT production in the past, in any capacity, please take your bow with the folks on these pages.  Contact the MCT Web Site Information Director and arrange to be included.

Maya VALTIERRA
Marshalltown, IA
Maya said she loves having all kinds of fun adventures, so being an orphan in our 2008 summer musical, OLIVER! was just another one added to her list.  "I thought it would be a fun experience!"  Because she is interested in learning about history, social studies is her favorite subject at school, and when there is any free time, she likes to hang out with her friends, and do as much swimming as she can.

Jennie VAN GUNDY
Marshalltown, IA
Jennie played Linda Loman in DEATH OF A SALESMAN as a high school student, and has had a love for the theatre ever since. Her first appearance with MCT was in GALA, and says she appreciates "the talented group of people — and the applause!" Jennie also helps to direct and plan musical and dramatic programs at Hope United Methodist Church. When she's not performing, Jennie is a home-based stock market trader and has her own business. She and her husband Milt enjoy the great outdoors and spending time with their granddaughters, Hannah, Madison, Kelbryn and Kylie.
